Bilingual schedule for Kindergarten in Early-exit program

Hi everyone! I am new to this site.I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. Our school is revising the Early-exit program. Students used to transition into English during 2nd semester in 2nd grade (my grade level). Because it has not been very successful within those 7 years, it is being changed.

It used to be 80% Spanish and 20% English in Kindergarten. English would increase in 1st and 2nd grade. Now it'll be Literacy and Math in English, Science, Social Studies, and some Math in Spanish in K-2. Again, 2nd will be transitioning year to 100% English during 2nd semester. We've been asked to come up with a Kindergarten schedule for this program. K is 2.30 hours long. Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone have a program similar, or somewhat similar, to this program? Is it realistic? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
