If you're interested in using technology for learning English online, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
...and of course as I am a language teacher I will be glad to share opinions about your research and if you need any support I'll be happy to give it to you.

I am doing a comparison between Ialy and Spain therefore it is very important for me to get in touch with person like you. It is under construction, but there are already some resources and everybody can contribute to them. To access the content users have to go through registration, but it doesn't take long. Spread the word!!

I think that it's great that you use English at home with your daughters. I grew up bilingual, but mainly use English with my daughter at home in Los Angeles, California. NOw, when I try to use more Spanish with her she tells me not to say it in Spanish, but in English. I'm afraid I did not start the habit of using Spanish early enough with her. SHe's now 3 and 1/2 years old. What do you think?
